Megan Fox surprised just about everybody when she arrived at CinemaCon last week with a very noticeable baby bump. Though the mom-of-two didn't make an official announcement, she happily showed off her new curves at the event in a form-fitting black mini-dress.
The news comes less than a year after Megan announced her split from her longtime partner Brian Austin Green, citing "irreconcilable differences" in divorce papers filed last August. The couple, who have kids Noah and Bodhi, tied the knot in 2010 after many years of dating.
Megan's baby bump debut last week set off speculation as to whether she and Brian have reconciled. The 29-year-old actress poked fun at all of the gossip on Instagram, posting photos of herself alongside co-stars Will Arnett, Shia LaBeouf and Jake Johnson with the hash tag "#notthefather."
Now Brian, 42, has spoken out, confirming that he is indeed the father - and revealing that the pregnancy wasn't exactly planned.
"You know, nothing is planned," he told PEOPLE at an event on Friday. "None of them are ever planned. You kind of just go with it.... At my age, to be having three babies, is crazy. I’ll be 43 this year."
So does all of this mean Megan and Brian are officially back together? Not exactly.
Though the (former?) couple were spotted enjoying a family day with their kids over the weekend, sources are reporting that they still plan on proceeding with the divorce.
It always kind of surprises me when people admit that their pregnancies were unplanned, just because when I was trying to have my kids it seemed to take so much planning. Figuring out my ovulation cycle, making changes to my diet, tracking the calendar - even with all of that it still took many months for it to work. I guess it just goes to show that no two women, or mothers, are quite the same.
In any case, congratulations to Brian and Megan on baby #3.
