posted in CelebritiesCoco Austin has only had her newborn baby girl in her arms for just over a week, but is already being criticized for her parenting choices. While anxious fans generally can't wait for a famous mom to post a photo of their little one online, Coco's getting gruff for sharing too many pictures.
Baby Chanel, who has her own Instagram account (currently with 183,000 followers), has posted 15 images in about a week. Her mother has posted those same images plus a handful more to her 1.6 million followers -- and for some out there that's too much.
"Coco darling, don't exploit your newborn beautiful lil angel. I say with respect honey," one Facebook follower recently wrote to her.
The first-time mom chose not to ignore the jab, instead responding, "How is this exploiting her? I'm proud that I'm finally a mama..does she not look happy?"
Others might say Ice T and Coco have gone out of their way not to exploit their daughter in ways other celebrities have. A tweet from baby Chanel's account explains:
Mom and Dad said they didn't want any money for my baby pics...... They're cool like that.

From what I can see, Coco Austin is behaving exactly like most first-time parents. They know they're posting a lot of squishy, squee-worthy baby pictures, but they just can't seem to stop themselves -- the only difference is this mom's platform to share from reaches much farther than most.
If I were a celebrity parent I probably wouldn't choose to share as much as Ice and Coco, but even as a non-famous parent I keep my kids off the web for the most part. That being said, I see nothing wrong with them choosing this route for their daughter. All parents deserve to share their baby joy as they see fit.
