Farrah Abraham is soon going to be the mom of two, if her dreams of adopting are realized. The former Teen Mom star, who's daughter Sophia is now 6, has confirmed rumors she's in the adoption process are true.

“I’m happy to confirm I'm moving forward in my adoption process. This means I will be making some changes in my career to welcome a new addition to my family,” the controversial 24-year-old reality star told Us Weekly. “Very excited, and this feels so right. I'm very blessed for this opportunity.”

Farrah Abraham also spoke with OK! about adopting, telling the outlet, "Sophia is in the right frame of mind and is very supportive as well. She is very open and accepting to understanding that someone else had other parents, and we would be their second parent and be a loving family to them."

Meanwhile, Farrah's parenting choices continue to make headlines. Along with giving Sophia a jaw-dropping amount of money from the tooth fairy and allowing her to wear makeup, the sex tape veteran has signed her little girl up for social media.

Nearly 5,000 Instagram followers isn't too shabby I suppose -- especially if you're still in elementary school.

Despite long history of Farrah making decisions for herself most would not recommend, I can't quite entirely give up the idea she might one day turn over a new leaf. Her track record is terrible, but my instinct is to not count anyone out of changing their lives.

Then again, it's hard to ignore that Farrah has worked very hard to keep her name in the spotlight. Something seems fishy to me here, and I wouldn't be surprised if she "confirmed" the rumors because saying she is adopting is obviously more headline-worthy than a denial.

Do you think Farrah Abraham's adoption plans are serious?
