Kate Winslet has no shame about telling the world she has a sneeze limit of two after having given birth to three children.

"I can’t jump on trampolines anymore, I wet myself,” the 40-year-old star revealed in trademark candid fashion while appearing on The Graham Norton Show. “It’s bloody awful, especially if you’re wearing a skirt.”

The actress went on to share,“When you’ve had a few children you know, it’s just what happens. It’s amazing, two sneezes, I’m fine. Three, it’s game over…”

If Kate's experience rings true for you as well, you're in good company. Statistics from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services reveal “millions” of women suffer from urinary incontinence. If you're lucky enough not to be in the know, that means when urine leaks out of your bladder before you can get to the bathroom.

Melissa Goist, MD, an ob/gyn at The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center, told Yahoo Health that about one-third of all adult women have some type of pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD), including incontinence, and 50 percent of these are contributed to pregnancy and childbirth.

The topic came up not all that long ago between us BabyCenter bloggers, and more than a handful of our contributors admitted to struggling with incontinence. Although I believe I have my fair share of womanly problems, I'm lucky this isn't one of them. I can run, sneeze and jump as needed -- but found out just recently I can't trampoline without experiencing vertigo something terrible. So although my pants are dry, my kids are also on their own with that bit of fun.

What about your body has changed since having kids?
