Kelly Clarkson's "Game of Thrones" Christmas card is a must-see

In case you missed it, Kelly Clarkson just won this year's celebrity Christmas card mail-out.

The "Heartbeat" singer, who is expecting her second child with her husband Brandon Blackstock, got the whole family in on the holiday fun. Dressed in period costumes against a stormy, foreboding backdrop, Kelly and Brandon pose with their daughter River and his children Savannah and Seth in a Game of Thrones-inspired photo that is nothing short of awesome.

"Merry Christmas from the Blackstock clan! @GameOfThrones #gameofthrones #winteriscoming #riverisnotworried," Kelly, 33, captioned the card, which she shared with her millions of Twitter fans and followers.

While the rest of the clan nails the show's dark and dreary aura, 1-year-old River is an adorable exception, flashing a wide smile for the camera. Too cute!

I love the creativity, but I must admit: Kelly Clarkson's elaborate Christmas card makes me feel just a tiny bit inadequate. I didn't manage to get cards out this year period, never mind come up with a theme, get costumes and stage a family photo shoot. Oh well. Maybe next year.
