Blac Chyna has a bit of experience in shedding pregnancy pounds, as she welcomed son King Cairo Stevenson with ex Tyga back in 2012.
Though I never set out to gain a large amount of weight, I did put on pounds pretty easily early in my first pregnancy. However, when it came time for the glucose screening I found out I had gestational diabetes and that freaked me out pretty good. I started the recommended diet (no insulin), and ended up holding my weight steady through nearly the entire second half of my pregnancy.
I don't want to be one to tell a pregnant woman not to indulge, but I can't entirely shake concern for having no cares about how much weight is gained. For one, there are health concerns, and secondly it's just not that easy to "snap back." Certainly some have managed it, but I hope Blac doesn't find herself having a harder time than she's anticipating!
