In the midst of online speculation that she's faking her latest pregnancy, the 34-year-old reality star stepped out in Los Angeles on Friday wearing a form-fitting dress that did little to hide her growing bump. Yes, Kim is officially showing.
North's mama, who last month revealed that baby #2 is a boy, couldn't help but poke fun at the odd gossip on Twitter yesterday evening.

I was around five months along when I started to show during my first pregnancy. Until then I just looked a little bloated around the middle. I couldn't wait for that belly to finally pop! The second time, though, was an entirely different story. I was pulling out the maternity jeans before I even announced the pregnancy news.
Now that the great fake pregnancy conspiracy has (hopefully) been put to rest, Twitter can turn its attention to more pressing matters - like coming up with baby name suggestions for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West!
A few of the top contenders so far: Key West, Winter West, Wild West, Easton West and, of course, South West.
If you're hoping for siblings North and South, however, you're probably out of luck.
“I mean, everyone keeps on saying South and I think it’s so stupid," the expectant mom recently vented. "Stupidest thing ever and just ridiculous.”
