Olivia Munn has only just turned 35, but already she's frozen "a bunch of [her] eggs."

"I turned 35, then you’re high risk," the X-Men: Apocalypse star recently during a podcast chat with Anna Faris.

"I did, years ago, freeze a bunch of eggs," she added, speaking of the retrieval process. "I went to the doctor and did the whole test and he said, 'You know, you actually have a lot of eggs. You're really lucky.'"

Olivia Munn, who has been dating quarterback Aaron Rodgers since 2014, went on to say, "A girlfriend of mine — we’re the same age — she’d gone to the doctor, had a test and she had the egg count of a 50 year old."

“I actually started telling my friends about [egg retrieval]," she continued. "It’s no longer on the experimental list and I think that every girl should do it. For one, you don’t have to race the clock any more."

The woman who didn't mention when she plans to become a mom added, "It’s also just like, why not do it, because I see so many women who go through this. Doomsday is now like whatevers day, because I am prepared."

It certainly does seem as though either more famous women are freezing their eggs lately, or at least more are talking about it. Whitney Cummings, Joanna Krupa and Maria Menounos have all recently shared their stories of trying to increase their odds of conceiving down the road.

As someone who was done having kids by 25, fertility is one topic that hasn't heavily been on my mind. Still though, I'm a little unsure "every girl should do it." Maybe it's not a bad idea for those who can afford the procedure and years of storage, but that isn't easy for everyone.

One comment on People reads, "It’s so freakin expensive. Sure I would’ve done it when I was younger and the eggs were of better quality. It’s just SO expensive. What 20-30 year olds have $10-15K for this procedure?"

Another person vented, "Geez, we’re not all movie stars, Olivia Munn. Not everyone can afford 10K plus to freeze our eggs. #Celebritiesaresoooutoftouch."

What do you think of Olivia Munn's suggestion every girl should freeze their eggs?
